Fotokino

Super Terrain is a graphic design team based in Marseille and Nantes, founded in 2014 by Quentin Bodin, Luc de Fouquet and Lucas Meyer. Their practice mobilizes know-how related to the conception of graphic objects. Therefore, they regularly collaborate with partners: photographers, writers, printers, developers, builders etc. In parallel, they continue to develop an artistic practice that plays with the boundaries between art and graphic design, during creative residencies or self-initiated projects. These experiences are the occasion of plastic productions that question their tools, their relationship to the image and its reproduction. These attempts allow them to imagine spaces of experimentation and narratives as an extension of their graphic practice.

The exhibition "Pastel Tuning" presented at Fotokino will be the result of a 15-day micro-residency during which they will create an in-situ piece, a cardboard and color receptacle for their printed production.
