Our Laterna magica festival now has a Belgian cousin! Carried by the cultural institutions of the Mont des arts district in Brussels, the brand new Picture Festival launches its first edition in November.
Exhibitions, drawing concerts, workshops, book fairs, take place in a multitude of venues in the city, together with artists. Fotokino takes part especially with a conference at the École Saint-Luc, a participation in the PrintIsNotDead book fair and a new exhibition: after “Fripitons” in Marseilles, “Graphure et Peintrisme” once again brings together Benoît Bonnemaison-Fitte and Geoffroy Pithon, but invites a new colleague: Mari Kanstad Johnsen. Solo works and six-hand creations made on site are displayed in the Ravenstein Gallery and the Bozar Museum during the festival.
