For this new edition of FIDMarseille, we asked Mathieu Amalric, the Festival’s guest of honor, to choose a film that could be presented to adults as well as children: his choice was Abbas Kiarostami’s first feature film, which reveals all the Iranian director’s mastery and the acuity of his view of childhood, which has marked all his films from the 1970s.

The film will be introduced by Mathieu Amalric, and followed by an excerpt from “Le Point de vue,” a series of interviews by Alain Bergala, who returns to “Le Passager,” through the eyes of Jean-Pierre Daroussin and Ariane Ascaride.
