With the “Papier Machine” project, electronics becomes surface! Thanks to a system of conductive inks, large posters echoed under the touch of the visitors. Sometimes the interactions triggered sound effects conceived by Flavien Berger, while smaller prints produced light or set the paper in motion. With no words, but with confettis, papier-mâché and marbles, “Papier Machine” enabled the public tho feel the sensitive phenomenons present in electronics, and gave life to printed matter.

During 10 days, Marion Pinaffo and Raphaël Pluvinage invited adults and children to engage with these electronic paper toys, designed with technical skill as well as humour. 

For the opening, the Studio was transformed into a dance room for children, with DJ Cosmic and Tam-Tam posters decorating the space, artworks conceived by Marion and Raphaël for the MP2018 artistic kit.
